Quality Inspection Procedure
Detection of centrifuge tubes
Visual inspection:
Check whether the centrifuge tube is deformed, damaged, or cannot be closed.
Experimental detection:
The centrifuge tubes can basically pass the inspection after passing the visual inspection.
If the visual inspection is unsatisfactory or after the visual inspection is qualified, even if there are frequent bursts, leaks, etc., the experiment will be performed by the experimenter.
A. Thirty centrifuge tubes were randomly sampled for experimental testing.
B. Add 30 samples of qualified centrifuge tubes with half volume of normal saline, centrifuge at 10,000 rpm for 20 minutes, if the tube cover bursts or leaks, it is considered that the batch of centrifuge tubes does not meet the requirements. Laboratory experiments require return processing.
C. After initial acceptance, before the batch of centrifuge tubes is activated, take one, add 50 μL of distilled water, and measure it with the specimen to test whether the batch of centrifuge tubes is contaminated with amplification products.
Take 10 centrifuge tubes in clean and beakers filled with distilled water, and soak for 30 minutes to test whether the batch of centrifuge tubes is contaminated with oleic esters.
D. After the above tests find no unqualified conditions, the batch of centrifuge tubes can be used.
At the same time, in order to prevent the centrifuge tube from bursting due to heating during the experiment, add a plate to the heating module.
