Positive aspiration method:

Suitable for general liquids;

Press the button to the first stop with your thumb, then slowly release the button to return to the origin. Then press the button to the first stop to discharge the liquid, stop for a while and continue to press the button to the second stop to blow out the residual liquid, and finally release the button.

Reverse aspiration method:

Suitable for transferring highly viscous liquids, biologically active liquids, easily foaming liquids or very small amounts of liquids;

When sucking the liquid, first press the button to the second stop point, and slowly release the button to the origin. Press the button to the first stop to discharge the liquid, keep the button at the first stop point, remove the liquid suction nozzle with residual liquid, and discard it.

Tip immersion angle

Try to keep it vertical when aspirating, and the angle of inclination should not exceed 20°.

Tip immersion depth

P10uL: less than or equal to 1 mm;

P20uL, P100uL, P200uL: less than or equal to 2 mm;

P1000uL: less than or equal to 3 mm;

P5mL, P10mL: less than or equal to 4 mm.

Tip immersion time

After aspiration, keep it in the liquid surface for one second and then gently remove the tip.

Suction speed

Continuously and continuously pipetting to control the pipetting speed.
