Verification steps
1. Place the weighing cup in the electronic balance. After the balance display is stable, press the joystick to reset the electronic balance to zero.
2. Adjust the volume of the pipette to the point of inspection.
3. Hold the pipette vertically and press the button to the specified position. At this time, immerse the nozzle in a container containing distilled water and keep it below 2mm to 3mm below the liquid surface. Slowly relax the button and wait for 1 to 3 seconds to leave. Liquid level, dry the liquid outside the nozzle (can not touch the flow port at this time, so as to avoid the liquid in the nozzle.)
4. Take the weighing cup out of the electronic balance, and place the tip flow port on the inner wall of the weighing cup at 45 °, slowly press the button to the first stop point, wait for 1 to 3 seconds, and then press the button completely Down, then move the tip up along the inner wall of the weighing cup.
5. Put the weighing cup into the balance pan, record the value displayed by the balance at this time, and record the temperature of the distilled water in the container at this time.
The verification shall include two ranges, the first range being the maximum range and the second range being 10% of the maximum range or the minimum range
Method for small range adjustment of pipette capacity
When the capacity is insufficient, use a calibration tool to turn the nut clockwise to increase the capacity
If the capacity is too large, reduce the capacity by turning the nut counterclockwise with the calibration tool
