Management of laboratory consumables
When using consumables, pay attention to protect the label identification of consumables and prevent contamination and damage to the labels. If special requirements are required to be stored, the storage requirements should be met and relevant records should be made; pay attention to the effective use period of consumables. Consumables should be used within the valid period. Consumables that exceed the valid period are generally treated as inspection waste to prevent misuse.
After the reagents are taken, the bottle mouth should be closed effectively and timely to prevent the reagents from becoming ineffective or spilling to pollute the environment or cause safety accidents. After the bottled reagent consumables are used up, empty bottles should be returned to the consumables library, and the empty reagent bottles should not be disposed or discarded at will. The configured reagent solution should meet the requirements, and be written and labeled in time. Appropriate containers should be used to store reagents. Do not use volumetric flasks, graduated test tubes, etc. for long-term storage of configuration solutions. The experimental gas cylinder should be fixed when necessary to prevent it from falling down and cause accidents. When replacing the gas cylinder, pay attention to leak detection at the valve connection.
Inspection and assessment of laboratory consumables management
The laboratory shall conduct necessary inspections and assessments of the management of consumables. Make clear requirements and control on the key points of the problems that are easy to occur in the process of conserving and using consumables, and conduct regular supervision and inspection and assessment. Cultivate good and standard consumables usage habits, guide the orderly and reasonable development of inspection and consumables management, and ensure the safety of experiments and accurate inspection data.
